• Adhere to the Vision and Mission of the Institution imbibing the preaching of SreeNarayana Guru
• Uphold the values of Gender sensitivity and Environment protection.
• Ensure conducive environment on the campus.
• Motivate the staff with recognition and reward.
• Ensure healthy labor relations with staff.
• Ensure that the institute is well run, is keeping the standards and meet the needs forwhich it has been set up.
• Equip the institution with proper infrastructure, equipment in laboratories, andfacilities in library.
• Establish departments and research centres for specialized studies with modernamenities.
• Prepare budget estimates for every academic year in consultation with the  Principal and IQAC
• Take overall responsibility for student welfare.
