- Magazines and News Papers
- Library subscribes subject oriented journals and popular magazines and 10 leading newspapers in English and Malayalam.
- Reference Service
- The reference desk of the library provides library users with direction to library materials, advice on library collections and services, and expertise information from multiple like encyclopedias, dictionaries, yearbooks, directories etc.
- Book Lending Service
- Books were issued to students for a loan period of 14 days. After 14 days they can renew or reissue it, if there is no reservation for that book, at the circulation counter of library. The members can reserve a book, if the book they want is already issued to another student.
- OPAC search facility
- OPAC (Online Public AccessCatalog) helps users to find out a particular book using different search fields, like author, title, publisher, keyword etc.
- On-line Database search facility
- Users can search resources under NLIST consortium from remote location using individual username and password.
- Digital Repository (DSpace)
- Library has a digital repository including question papers, faculty publication etc.
- User Orientation Service
- Orientation classes were given to new users in each year, to familiarize them with facilities and proper usage of resources.
- Research support service
- Personalized research support services in literature search, resource location and reference management were provided for research scholars.
- Internet searching facility
- A number of desktop computers were available to students with high speed internet.
- Question Paper Collection
- Previous year question papers were available in printed as well as digital format from general library.
- Property Counter
- Property counter at the entrance of library to keep personal belongings of users.
- Automated Gate Register
- The entry and exit of users in general library is registering using automated gate register.
- Bar-Code technology for Circulation of documents
- Speedy circulation of books using bar code based issue return system.
- Library Blog
- Library has a separate blog including free electronic resources available in internet.
- Access to Trunitin software
- Students and teachers can use the facility to plagiarism using Trunitin software.
