മനശാസ്ത്ര വിഭാഗം നടത്തിയ ദ്വിദിന അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വെബിനാർ സീരീസിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം 29/07/2020 ബുധനാഴ്ച 11 AM ന് ഗൂഗിൾ മീറ്റ് പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമിൽ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ ഡോ. ജിത. എസ്. ആർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. മനശാസ്ത്ര വിഭാഗം മേധാവിയും കോർഡിനേറ്ററുമായ ഡോ. നിഷിമ. ജെ.എസ്., ഐ ക്യു എ സി കൺവീനർ ഡോ. രാഖി എ. എസ്., മറ്റ് അദ്ധ്യാപകരായ ഡോ. അരവിന്ദ് തമ്പി, ഡോ. അജിലാൽ. പി., ഡോ അഞ്ജന. ആർ., കോളേജിലെ മറ്റ് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ അദ്ധ്യാപകരും, രാജ്യത്തിന് അകത്തും പുറത്തുമുള്ള ഇരുനൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തി അഞ്ച് മനഃശാസ്ത്ര വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കളും ഗവേഷണ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും മനഃശാസ്ത്ര വിദഗ്ദ്ധരും അദ്ധ്യാപകരും പങ്കെടുത്തു. കോവിഡ് ലോകത്തെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും കോവിഡുമൊത്തുള്ള അതിജീവനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്കും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു ഈ വെബിനാർ സീരീസിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം. അബുദാബി യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയിലെ ഡീൻ ആയ ഡോ. ശ്രീതി നായർ, ബാങ്കോക്ക് അസംപ്ഷൻ ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയിലെ അദ്ധ്യാപകനായ ഡോ. ഷിബു ധർമ്മരാജൻ എന്നിവരാണ് 29, 30 എന്നീ തീയ്യതികളിലായി മുഖ്യപ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തിയത്.

കോമേഴ്സ് വിഭാഗം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് സംബന്ധമായ ദ്വിദിന അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വെബ്ബിനാറിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം 29/07/2020 ബുധനാഴ്ച 1.15 PM ന് ഗൂഗിൾ മീറ്റ് പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഡോ. ജിതാ എസ് ആർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. കോമേഴ്സ് വിഭാഗം മേധാവി ഡോ. മഞ്ജു എസ്. വി. വിഭാഗത്തിലെ മറ്റ് അധ്യാപകരായ സ്വപ്‍ന ഒ , അനൂപ് അർജ്ജുൻ, കൺവീനർ ലക്ഷി എ. ജെ., ഐ ക്യു എ സി കൺവീനർ ഡോ.രാഖി എ എസ് കോളേജിലെ മറ്റ് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ അധ്യാപകരും, രാജ്യത്തെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള അധ്യാപകരും, ഗവേഷണ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും, മറ്റ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചു. യൂറോപ്പിലെ മുൻ നിര നിയമ സ്‌ഥാപനമായ ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിലെ അഷ്‌റസ്റ്ന്റെ സീനിയർ ലീഗൽ പ്രൊസസ് ഇംപ്രൂവ്മെന്റ് മാനേജർ, ശ്രീ. അഭിലാഷ് ഉണ്ണി ആണ് ആദ്യ സെഷനിൽ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തിയത്. സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് സംരംഭങ്ങൾ ലോകത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ തുടങ്ങി വിജയിച്ചതിന്റെ ഉദാഹരണങ്ങളും അതിനു സഹായകമായ കാരണങ്ങളും വെബ്ബിനാറിന്റെ ആദ്യ സെഷനിൽ ശ്രീ. അഭിലാഷ് ഉണ്ണി വിശദീകരിച്ചു. 30ന് നടന്ന രണ്ടാം സെഷനിൽ ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിലെ യൂർജിനെ ഹെൽത്ത് സ്‌ഥാപനത്തിലെ ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് ഇന്നോവേഷൻ ആൻഡ് മെഡിക്കൽ അഫയേഴ്‌സ് ഡോ. റേച്ചൽ ഹുൽമേ ഷെൽമെർഡിനെ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് ആൻഡ് ഇന്നോവേഷൻ അഹെഡ് എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തി.

Human Periodic Table Display Programme
As part of the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements (IYPT 2019), all the students of Department of Chemistry, Sree Narayana College, Chempazhanthy organized a Human Periodic Table Display Programme on 6th March 2019. All the students gather on the play ground with a card displaying one of the elements on the Periodic Table - forming a human periodic table.

Three day residential camp 'Sasthrajalakam' conducted by State institute of Educational Technology (SIET) & General Education dept., on 5,6 & 7th Jan 2019 for the selected high school students. The event was inaugurated by Hon'ble minister Sri. Kadakampally Surendran

The college was all decked up for the annual Sivagiri pilgrimage season.

Dept of Psychology conducted an intercollegiate cultural fest Eonia. The event was a huge success with the participation of students from various city colleges.

Founder's Day was celebrated this year with Dr Padmarao, Dept of Malayalam,University of Kerala as chief guest. Sri. Aluvila Ajit,RDC Convener, delivered the Keynote Address. The chief guest also distributed financial assistance to students,on the occasion of R Shankar Memorial Day.

SN.College, Chempazhanthy won the Championship in Kerala University Intercollegiate Athletics Chsmpionship 2018.

Head of the Dept of Sociology, Dr Uttara Soman is spearheading the conference as the Secretary of Kerala Sociological Society. The event is being held at Kalady, Ernakulam.
